Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages


While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Hairvion is not responsible for packages delayed by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at admin@hairvion.com and we’ll assist you.

Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
