REFUND POLICY

At Hairvion we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse, not in their original condition, or missing parts not caused by our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, downloadable software, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

• For hygiene reasons, used personal care items (including hair dryers) can only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our customer support at admin@hairvion.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.

3. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, contact us at admin@hairvion.com

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at admin@hairvion.com
